Easy to follow routines adapted to your ability, age, and health. The exercises might look too easy sometimes, but after a few seconds you feel your muscles work. Not only for seniors, but also good for rehab after a period of not exercising, or when you're simply feeling too unmotivated and lazy to exercise. You can choose between chair and standing exercises or choose both.

I love this app! It's great! There are many ways to really customize your workout. And I really mean customize. Included are questions about what body parts you CANNOT exercises. Also included is your preferred position - mine is standing - and type of equipment - if any. Of course, there are the normal questions about goals, weight, etc. I tried an exercise session. I could do it! Without altering the exercises so that I could do them! Highly recommend! A++ rating.

Exercises were equal to my current abilities. Wish I could see exercises before the start of the program. Like this app so far.
