All tests except the wired headset was tested and found to be in working order. It would be good to be able to run this diagnostic app with more ease of access or even to know we have it pre-installed. This app is worth having as it puts mind at rest that your phone is working within its parameters. This is the first time ive used this app as I didnt know it was installed on the phone and found it very user friendly. Well worth having.

Most useless app ever. run diagnostic for Buds 3 Pro case not charging. "Make sure buds are connected" alright they're connected. Start again, "Make sure buds are in correct slots". As if thats a legit question... but yes, they are, start again... same question... obviously this means theres a problem with the case being flat and won't charge... except... the diagnostic won't run if the case is flat and won't charge... why is this even a test, if it can't run if the problem is true...
