The Trenitalia App makes it simpler to plan your journeys. Purchase season tickets, carnets and other tickets for Frecce, Intercity, Regional, EC and EN trains in just a few clicks, as well as your tickets for Busitalia buses in Umbria and Veneto!

Use geolocation and the Quick Purchase function to buy your tickets without delay. Pay however you like from among the many payment methods available (Credit Cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Satispay, Amazon Pay or bank transfer) or use your CartaFRECCIA/X-GO points, Bonuses, Credits or Gift Cards.

Manage your journey directly from the Home Page, check all information on the status of the train, and check in to confirm your presence on board. Simultaneously manage your Business profile alongside your personal one, by switching easily between them!

NEW: What’s more, from 30 June you can plan your journey from the first mile to the last directly from the Home Page, by entering your departure and arrival addresses! Where available, you will be shown travel solutions with multiple means of transport.

Train conductor sayed a ticket bought via the trinitaria app for my child is invalid because of the bug in the app. Next time I found another bug in date / time selection widget, I'm sure I was buying a ticket for tomorrow, but was surprised to receive a ticket for a wrong date after payment. No verification screen was shown before the payment, also, it's not possible to edit the ticket date or even cancel it. Support does not reply, I'm very disappointed. My money are just lost.

Booked a return journey on the website on desktop. I had previously used this with no issue when I had booked on desktop and saved the journeys to the app back in December. However, now, after recently booking on desktop (and luckily saving hard copies of the tickets to my computer), if I input the ticket details on the app, it shows the journeys with the wrong dates. I have no idea why this is suddenly happening.

Completely antiquated with rigid terms such as; impossibility to buy tickets of regional trains in the last 5 minutes before departure; etc. It's also not possible to get a refund for an unused regional train ticket even if cancelled days before. Won't let you change the time of an upcoming journey and simply obsessively displays an unhelpful error message. All in all, a *substandard* app, betraying the crippling bureaucracy of a backward country! the SAME problems present year after year...
