FIX YOUR UI. Several assets fall outside of the ability to tap on them. I can't even chat because the text box is below my navigation buttons and I can't save edits because the confirm button is behind my status bars. Otherwise, it seems like it would be a helpful app, but I can't properly use it.

bugged. Used to work great but now chats are blocked off by on screen keyboard, and text box is blocked by 3 button navigation. unusable unless you go in and change your phones navigation settings each time you want to speak to the vets

There's a button for repeat prescriptions, but when you press it, it takes you to a web page that just has a button to take you back to the app! [Update] Received a notification about an appointment but when I go to the appointments tab it isn't there. Reduced to one star. [Update 2] Now receiving emails and SMS. Curiously, if you create a routine appointment for a week or so in advance, the last thing it asks is whether it is an emergency!! Should be a big red button on page 1 for emergencies!
