In begin it was good. But after manytimes using suddenly application locked. I can't login again using same password and user. I try to call customer service, he ask me to send an email After some back and forth email, they inform me, that i am using 2 (two) phone in application. In fact i using only one phone I have use for this application. Then not received any other replied. I have some amount lay on it

It should get 5 star but 3 star for using mobily pay for a long time, now a days it has an error 401 and it is unresolved also calling Customer care adding beneficiary again and again also i wait for 24 hour many days. but no solution. now installed BARQ app. money transferred in a second without delay.

very bad service, I want open an account but before complete account they give me block why bro? after I want to open account again they give me a number for contract call centre. I call this number after they give me a link why bro? processing so hard you have computers and you can check my problem but why you give me more way this is too much everyone need simple and easily open account, don't need more hard, please make sure your call centre listen problem and immediately check what happened.
