I have issue on my smart meter (not able to track the meter reading) since Jul 2025. I reported to them immediately. They would casually reply u with some useless statements without any progress or even without any response most of the time. Last week, they initially scheduled a remote commission last Fri, but they notified me their technical would be on leave until the very last minutes. We rescheduled the commissioning today again, I tried to confirm the call on Wed, but waiting at the moment.
