a long time ChatGPT user here! the model was initially amazing at first it could actually remember my prefferances, like be blunt and short answer only and it remembered my interests but after a while talking with lumo it just forgot it all and it lost its magic, and I know this is relatively new AI & App but sometimes when I tried to send a text to would say the text is empty and sometimes not respond at all or when I tried to send an image to analyze it didnt even reach lumo

Thank you for your review. Lumo’s capabilities are currently focused on text-based files, although we’re working on the ability to upload and analyze more file types (such as photos) in the future. Sorry to hear that. As any other AI, Lumo can sometimes hallucinate and make mistakes. That said, we're currently keeping Lumo as a standalone product to avoid increasing the price of our Unlimited plan. This way, we can keep the cost manageable for all our users while still offering advanced AI features to those who want them.

Pretty much a useless AI. Almost every question gets the same answer: "I'm sorry, but I don't have access to the necessary tools to provide you with..."
