This app seems pretty useless. You can check in and look at your miles. But it does not find your tickets, you have to enter the booking code even for return flights, it does not notify you about departures, does not let you enter flight dates into the calender and will not provide you with invoices. What the hell should I use it for then... :/

I am unsure if US or non Vietnam residents have the same issue. When booking flights through the app, the flight information is not easily accessible. The only way to look up the information is by entering the confirmation or ticket number. I reached out to the customer service department via the chat option. The delay in response is horrible. The chat will restart with a new agent due to time out, which, again, it's due to the horrible response time. Customer service needs to improve.

Slow, buggy, frequent push notifications (with no way to disable them in the app), cannot look up useful account information (like upcoming flight information) with a foreign number (I have an American number and when I try to log in, it says my phone number must begin with a '0'). I haven't found a single use for the app yet.
