Forces you to sign up and give personal data away to Xiaomi, for things as simple as connecting to devices that are just Bluetooth. Then it makes you accept new term and conditions every couple of months and, of course, all your devices are gone after that. The Xiaomi products themselves are usually great (and great value) but being forced to go through the app detracts a lot from the experience.

Got the app to sync with the scale. It's laughably bad and inaccurate. For example, it estimates BMI and fat percentage, then uses *different values* to determine if I'm over it under weight. The scale itself is not particularly accurate, but it's the app that misinterprets the result. If this is the data Xiaomi is collecting, I feel pity for the data analysts who must sift through it.

not working as promised! disappointing 1. you have to add all your cameras at the date of subscription otherwise you will not be able to add them later! 2. if you remove your camera you cannot add it again! 3. some hardware is not compatible and they have kept it as secret! I have found that CW100 cannot be added to my annual pro subscription for 4 devices even though I still have free slots. 4. the last but not the least, you cannot have a refund despite the misinformation and malfunction.
