3. Police Headquarters (Criminal Status, E-Police in Your Mobile, Home Security and Prisoners Visit)

the app is very helpful and all the services are good but it's very lagging and not working properly, i wanted to renew my driving licence and when i changed the photo it keeps like the previous one not the new photo i choose, and also it took me 3 times to repeat the process because i was not able to pay

It doesn't work on Huawei and Xiaomi devices. Can't login, I got an error message when trying to login with the UAE pass and the username and I have to use the website instead.. 👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻

A great service, I wish we had this in Europe. However it still has a couple of small usability problems, such as ensuring the correct mobile is registered to the driving licence at renewal. In the end one still has to call someone at an obscure office to fix the problem. But otherwise an excellent service and very helpful.
