All the add-ons are crazy stupid. Adding them on for both coming and going. Not a frequent flyer. It was an emergency flight. It was definitely an eye-opener. In the long run, it would have ended up being cheaper to have flown a different airline. This newbie learned an expensive hard lesson.

when I booked our flight I didn't know what type of bag my companion was going to bring so I decided to add it later but before we went to the airport. when I went back to add it they had more than doubled the price. I tried to call about it but got nowhere. it's no wonder they are talking about bankruptcy.

Worst airline I've ever flown. Only used them because they were the only redeye available at the time. 1st Flight left 2 hours late, in the middle of the night and we only got a "we're sorry". Flight back wasn't as late but still late nonetheless. Even with extra leg room, seats were still uncomfortable, as they didn't fold back. Lastly, I get that some airlines charge for food, but $5 for a can of soda is ridiculous. Why not offer compensation for late flights? 2 bankruptcies...that's why
