I'm glad Eurostar exists. The service is great. But this app is mediocre at best. I've been using it for 2 years ish. Logs me out regularly and without warning. No way to show live delay info for a given booking. You have to repeatedly enter your passenger details, it does not save them. For 3 days I couldn't download my tickets or refresh bookings, just says "please try again, we're having problems". Had to reset all app data for it to work again.

The app looks quite nice and I find it easy to work with. However when there is a problem, it's nearly impossible to get in touch. I have a question regarding a booking and have not received any kind of acknowledgement in a month. The only way to get in touch is a contact form, which you need to validate twice for it to be treated. I'd say I'm a loyal guest and they seem happy to take my money, but for the moment seem not bothered to help me. A tad disappointing to be honest.

Maybe the app technical team can help improve my experience and let me rate 5 stars. Gents, I am an English speaker living in Germany. My profile is fully loaded, but the app always assumes that I wish to travel from London...this means I can't use the 'find best price' feature because it insists I start in the UK. Can you fix this for me?
