I can't use the app. It worked fine, once. Now if I try and search a card to add to my collection it won't load. I fully close the app and that doesn't work. Leave it for a while and come back to it, I can add one card to my collection then it stops working again. Shame. I was looking forward to cataloguing my collection.

The app is pretty good, but there is not a way to recover your collection/decks if you switch to a new device or lost your current data. you should implement an export collection and decks options or account binding. Edit: changed to 5* since they have now made big improvements on the app including this requirement, thats amazing, thank you!

Thank you for your message. We will be happy to pass this feedback on to the app team. Yes, our app does not have a storage function on external media, so it is not possible to transfer the data to another device when switching.

I absolutely loved this app since day one. I have 8 chapters worth of cards loaded in. Last week, I opened the app and it forced me to update before it would open. Sadly, Google Play Store informed me that my device is no longer compatible with the app. Ravensburger, is there any way I can access my collection without a phone upgrade, or am I just out of luck? Has anyone else received this message from Google? I've tried to use it off line, but that doesn't work either.
