The app itself was gine until it kicked me out and asked me to re-activate my account. The app scans my passport with the camera and then scans the nfc chip, says that it was successful and a moment later tells me that it did not work and I need to take a photo of it. This would be fine but when I then Tap the button to take a photo it doesn't do anything. Now I'm just stuck without mobile banking and I can't do anything about it until I return to the Netherlands.

I am sorry to hear. Can you delete the app and add it again. To reactivate the proces? Please let us know if this will work. ^Dominique

The app has improved and may have some glitches here and there but overall happy except for the lack of one feature which I have suggested via other channels so decided to do it here. Would love the option of seeing my transactions on the day they were made and not the day they were finalized. Sometimes I see a purchase on a Monday for instance but it was done on the previous Friday evening... This would be so useful to see it on Friday as it gives me a better overview of my spendings per day.

Als een bedrag in reservering staat, zie je de betaling in je overzicht van de dag wanneer je de betaling hebt gedaan. Zodra de betaling definitief wordt verschuift de datum inderdaad. Wij kunnen dit niet wijzigen. In de details kan je wel altijd zien wanneer de betaling gedaan is. ^Margreet

I tried to open an account via app but it keeps showing the "wait for 5 days" screen for 3 weeks already. I cannot contact customer service because I don't have a card yet. Very frustrating experience! Update: After 30 days, the app just wipes my data and tells me to start all over again. Seriously?! 🤯 How do you expect to gain any new clients with such a broken UX? Update 2: Nevermind, I just went to ABN AMRO. Opened new account in 1 hour and received my card in 4 days. Learn from them!

Double, double, bugs and trouble! Our cauldron’s been bubbling with spooky updates and magical fixes. A new version of the app arrived on a broomstick this week. Just in time for Halloween.
