Please do not make your block account in this bank. I have paid €10 to get a physical card a month ago and I haven't received it yet. The bank is unable to provide you tracking information. There is no physical branch for this bank anywhere in the country. Also, they do take maintenance break once in a week where you can not make your online transaction. you can not even deposit cash into Atm machine. I highly recommend everyone to open your block account in different bank.

Honestly, how long is it supposed to take to activate a blocked account. I need the money to pay for so many things, but I am locked behind a waiting time that's ridiculous. You have the money and all my information! what more do you want to activate a bank account? Why can't it be as easy as the setup? it would have been so much easier and faster to transfer all the money from expatrio to Fintiba. I am so sick of this.

Can't provide video verification when the app has bugs and keeps crashing. "AcTivAtE yOuR account In ThReE eAsY StEpS". Right. What the app lacks in ease, it makes up for in headaches to activate your account. I understand a lenghty verification of identity is needed due to security. But wow, they give you one tool (Through the app ONLY) for secure self help and it still manages to let you down. prepare for a headache if they havent fixed any of the bugs by the time you use the app.
