When I purchased and exercise $18.99 they charge me an extra $25.99 without disclosing. It was a surprise when I saw the text that an extra twenty 25 came out after they charged the 18.99 then, they charge me again and paypal.Took it off a car that wasn't assign to them at all so I lost $58.99 dollars for something that I was immediately wanted a refund five minutes later. I have not gotten a refund. Had, I found that I did not like the exercise.

i just wanted the exercises but was forced to pay an additional $50 for a coaching session when signing up. the coaching was non-existent. All they did was ask questions that I had already answered while signing up for the app. I just asked for a program to work around my hip bursitis. I answered so many questions and they gave nothing. crazy! for coaching just go on chat gpt, same interface much better results.

I purchased the workout program for about 12 euros, but once you start the installation, they show more options like “Face Yoga” and other add-ons. You have to click on them to move forward, but they charged me 31 euros something without asking or showing any clear confirmation. I’ve been writing to their support for a refund, but they just keep passing me from one “department” to another without giving any real solution. It feels completely misleading and dishonest. scammers.
