As far as gachas are concerned, that's a hidden gem if I've ever seen one. First time I've actually bothered to read dialogues in a gacha game, and gamemplay is very fun too. Gacha system isn't super generous, but so far you don't need meta units to clear stuff. After finishing the story, I had to retract 1 star, the endgame just isn't super fun and a bit too grindy.

After playing for 2 months, I can say that this game is a mix of good and bad. I originally loved the story mode, but after a few weeks, it gets very repetitive. I enjoyed the gameplay and loved the character designs, but the grind is long and tedious. logging in daily felt like a chore, having guilds and friends feels useless as they're currently only for getting reputation and resources. Overall, this game just needs a little more refining, so i might come back in a year.

The game is fun. You can play for free and build a good team and complete all the content. It's a gacha, so you can also spend if you want to speed things up.
