This does not seem to be a very serious app... Earlier, there was no way to add *any* item to the shopping basket. Now, at the point of payment, it presents a long list of imaginary credit cards and issues the message "Your payment method won't be charged because you're in a test environment". (Version: 8.12.0; updated on Aug 25th, i.e. four days ago)

if you want to spend your Red Coins, forget it. Won't add them to basket, and Levi's answer is reinstall app, clear cache, and if that doesn't work, email them If that's the perk of the app and its a known issue. why have you not addressed it. I've also had contact support, and other functions have not worked. It's great when it works, but frustrating that they can't seem to address these issues.

Honestly, Levi’s was a huge disappointment for me. The quality is terrible — the fabrics feel old and worn out, and the designs look outdated. I bought shirts and T-shirts for my partner three times, and every single one had issues — one of them even had a hole right next to the label! Honestly, buying from this brand was just a waste of time and money. I strongly suggest staying away from Levi’s; it’s not worth it at all
