I'm facing a issue with the camp data system. I'm inside the camp location, where I'm supposed to get unlimited data, but the app still charges my 1 GB It feels like the app can't detect my location properly, I tried contacting customer service contact customer service but didn't get any response

Worst app ever. I recharged 50 AED add on by mistake which is auto renewal. Now I am unable to deactivate it no matter what I do. There is no deactivate option. Every month 50 AED just VANISH. There is no support from customer care.

don't use this sim the sim company is not good they mention one of data offer 30+ non stop _60 aed .i buy the offers and now whenever i was try to use the data they send one massage you on 3G network but still i have 5g. one more thing they mention you are out of zone but still i am in sonapur
