App is unpolished. horrible color theme and an even worse Dark mode. bad notification systems showing false notification and policy updates are poorly reflecting where you won't know that your policy is schedule to renew (You have to wait for it to expire a couple days before it gets reflected in the app).

Actually, there is no MINUS star to rate so had to give 1 STAR. Worst experience with TAWUNIYA related to health insurance. for basic medicine related to cough and cold within network coverage it takes 20 minutes to review the case in the age of AI!!!

Your app is very buggy. There are many features that don't work properly even on my new phone. And even when I try to report these bugs, it still doesn't work properly!!! Very disappointed!!
