My game was "hard locked" in the tutorial upon contacting customer support, I had asked them to reset my account as I would not lose anything of value. I was given useless tips that felt very automated. The person that went by the name Reese was "helping" me at the time, but even when given my situation and telling them my game was running into an error, giving them a screen shot of the where is was stuck and wouldn't let me out of the UI claim area. They continued to give me useful advice.

The game is pretty cool. There's lot to do and even though it does have micro transactions, you can manage pretty well without making any payments. Graphics are pretty okay, although some images are low-res, but it's nothing too jarring. Gameplay is simple, not demanding, easy to get into, and it relies mainly on strategy and a bit of RNG. If you know those tribal strategy mobile games, it's basically that, just Avatar themed. Community is also pretty active so you can always ask for help!

It's such a nostalgic deception. The anime is still my all-time favorite, so I downloaded it as soon as I saw it; thrilling to listen to original soundtracks and media. The game, tho, is heavy and not as good as other strategy games. Graphics are good, but sound FX are horrible. My phone easily heats up and drains the battery out like nobody's business. Did not even bother buying in-game stuff. Not worth it yet. Good copyright logic, but some traits make no sense when playing.
