Although I installed Academia a long time ago, I have been most frustrated as an independent history researcher to seemingly not be able to gain access to any of the open-source "23 million" papers. Because of the latter, I've only given one star, although should a workaround solution that works for me, be suggested and found to be operational, I'm sure that more stars would then be awarded!

5 stars because of the excellent and humane customer support. They were able to quickly give me a full refund for a yearly membership I wanted to cancel and forgot to do before the billing date. Thanks Hannah!

Some loading bugs. Could have a folder system in the library to save different topics. Looks like the articles and papers are not filtered. I expected to see papers with an actual descriptive title, not something like "Design = Design". I even see misspelled titles, so that should be something to improve! What about filters or sorting options by rating or views/downloads?
