I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

Product is rubbish. $1800 with solar accessories and you only get 2 year warranty. 3 months out of warranty and they wash their hands. Apparently the new ones are 3 years. Like I would buy another one. Works out at $600 per year.... App is horrible to use. Updates can leave you unable to charge for a week. Even though it's connected to wifi you need to be close to use bluetooth to log in.... Most useless piece of junk... Will be changing for a different system as soon as possible

Absolutely won't recommend it. I recently got the Pulsar Max, and it never got past the initial setup as it won't connect to bluetooth no matter if I use an android or iOS device. I contacted technical support many times, but never got an answer. the support bot is useless and of no help. Unreliable Technology even worse customer and technical support.
