Have bought a fair few items ranging from personalised Halloween canvas bags for grandchildren, a personalised blanket for a newborn, and many more items. I bought some gifts for my niece in Australia to celebrate the arrival of their first born,I am in the UK. She loved them all, the only issue was one of the items had been damaged in transit I contacted customer support and they got it sorted very quickly they offered to remake and resend the damaged item at no extra cost. my Niece was delighted when it arrived with no damage. Thank you Team Callie for helping to celebrate the new arrival in our family from one side of the world to another 😊
