Very poor service. I paid for express delivery, yet it was changed to next day without my consent. I used a coupon that was issued earlier due to a past delay, but when I requested cancellation due to non-availability, the attendant was unhelpful and said nothing could be done. This shows zero commitment to express delivery—you take the money, downgrade the service, cancel coupons, and leave customers with nothing but apologies. I was a long time client for Aster but no more, not recommended.

This is the worst app. I ordered medicine with express delivery, but they switched it to normal delivery, meaning I have to wait the whole day and it is an urgent medication it can't wait the full day. When I called customer support, instead of fixing the issue, they simply said they can’t do anything. its is a pharmacy not a grocery items can wait.

The Aster app is very user-friendly — finding a doctor and booking appointments is quick and easy. Even if the prescribed medicines are not immediately available, they ensure timely home delivery, which is highly convenient. I would be delighted if the app could also include access to copies of X-rays and scan reports directly within the app.
