Yango Pro Beta — Driver

This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come, you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don't accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage

the ride rates are very low n driver safety is not there cause customer are not profile for the driver to identify the client that he is picking up and it does not tell the driver amount of clients that gets into the vehicle making it unsafe for the driver and costly for low rate as more the one client get into the vehicle and making the car heavy and making fuel consumption hight so this is a bad app for the driver as clients can cancel a ride without charges of fuel that's been used once the

In the new Yango update, drivers are required to pre-select a fixed number of rides (3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17) to qualify for rewards. This system is creating problems for riders, because if someone has to stop midway due to an emergency or personal reasons, all the previously completed rides are wasted and no reward is given.fix it
