Love the brand and it's products, but the app is lacking the absolute basics. can't scroll the product pictures while on the overview page, can't view my cart or pay until I log in via browser! Every time I open the app I have to log in over and over. No tracking of my current delivery shown, neither does it show what went wrong. Unfortunately the app experience is terrible, deleting the app as it only complicates the process.

I like MyProtein but the app is terrible. It's slow to load and when switching between a product and search results it looes where I am so I have to scroll again. Only benefit of using the app is the extra 5% off, but otherwise it's not worth the hassle and it's much quicker and easier to use their website.

I tried contacting the customer service, but it always redirected me to FAQs instead of letting me write a message. Had to delete the app to access the website and actually write to the customer service. UI is confusing. It keeps advertising things that you are not looking for, shoving products down the throat. The important buttons that are actually needed are so hard to find, covered by all the advertised products. Please do better.
