the app isn't working properly anymore. I can't access the settings or anything, because the "connecting" loading screen won't load. I tried everything, including resetting the headphones etc. They are connected and I am able to listen to music but I can't use the mute function with one headphone anymore... It never really worked without bugs but at this point it's just totally unusable... I am really disappointed 😞

Still unfixed. Ad spam via notification (the category is "Information"), app re-enables "Speak-to-chat" every time I connect my headphones to my phone, constant problems connecting whenever there is an app update (they don't get automatically installed for some reason) or the app feels like it. The [custom] button has 3 options, all of them useless. The headphones would be okay without this app, but with it they're just terribly overpriced. My next nc-headphones will definitely not be sony. 🙄

Switching between two devices is problematic at best, simply doesn't work much of the time. Some applications, e.g. Youtube on smart TVs don't seem to register as playing or pausing, so the only solution is to disconnect and reconnect the device and try again. Rather than have the application advise to stop playback on one device and then perform playback operations on the other (which doesn't work), why not actually allow that switch to be performed in the app?
