The user guide claims that on the "rare occurrence" that session date data is not saved you can manually input it. But an exceptionally LARGE amount of times the device disconnects and reconnects. A NUMEROUS amount of data with no dates obstruct the view of actual data I want to see. The pump arbitrarily picks the strongest pump settings last tolerated which is painful for me instead of allowing me to ramp it up. Both phone and pump battery were always above 50%.

Hi Susana, sorry to hear you are having trouble with our app. To avoid pumping sessions being stored with no dates please make sure to pump with enough battery. If the battery is depleted during a pumping session it might cause the pump to lose the time information.

Doesn't work with the Freestyle Flex. When you go to pair the pump it automatically gives instructions for another pump that doesn't work with the Flex. I had no issues pairing it after my last pregnancy...

Hi Angela, sorry for the confusion, this "Medela Family Pump Control" app is only for our Magic InBra breast pump. To connect to your Flex pump please download the "Medela Family" app.
