Why can't you access the photos from a QR code after the event? I took a picture of the QR code because it required downloading an app and a million steps. The event was a wedding with a long line behind us, there was no wifi, and people were too tipsy to fidget with their phones. We wanted to socialize, not mess around with this. I downloaded the app the next morning only for it to say you have to be in close physical proximity to get the pictures. Really bad design.

Thank you for your feedback — we’ll gladly take it into account to make the process even smoother in the future! The QR code is meant for instant download directly at the photo booth (works without internet). After the event, you can easily view all pictures in the event gallery within the KRUU App. :)

Setting up and receiving the booth wasn’t easy, but it also wasn’t too difficult. However, I still haven’t received the photos taken that day.
