The survey app used to be great at the beginning, I redeemed 3 times without any issues but when it comes to the fourth one, it took nearly 2 months with follow up before receiving it. FInally I spent like 3 weeks answering their survey and even close to redemption then suddenly I was logged out of the app, and when I try logging in, it says invalid username or password and my credentials are correct. I then clicked on the forgot password but no response or link to reset the password.

I’m really disappointed with this app. I spent a lot of time honestly completing surveys, collected enough points, and finally decided to redeem a Flipkart voucher. But just one hour after applying for the reward, my account got suspended without any valid reason! It’s extremely frustrating when you work so hard only to see your account blocked right when you’re about to get your reward. pls be careful before investing your time here.

Poor experience, very bad customer service, unable to log in, my account was blocked as I "violated the terms and conditions", all I did was one survey and then It would not accept my password or reseting my password. Website and app do not work properly and customer service is very unhelpful. I emailed them a few times and response was always general and unhelpful.
