BADLY designed app: to make a transfer to a new contact/business you need to 'add payee'. After providing their details you need to authorise their addition (e.g. with your 6 pin code). HOWEVER, the keyboard is not available. In other words you are unable to proceed with adding details; nor make a transfer! Considering a money transfer is a 'somewhat' useful feature in a banking app -- it fails to deliver.

I have never been able to transfer money from my account to another external account, I get a error come up with a ref number 460000, I even called the the customer service line which cost a lot of money and was told it's just a temporary issue and it will be sorted within 10 minutes, I'm still waiting one year on to be able to use my app to transfer money

I sent a payment to my crypto account over the app. The app cut off my crypto account ID. The result was that my crypto account got not credited. Now I have a lot of hassle as you can imagine to send a document to my crypto account to prove that I sent the amount. Don't send a payment over this app. It cuts off essential infirmation for the recipient.
