Too much focus on advertising to get players to purchase something. Every time I launch the game the first thing I see is related to some bundle that is overly priced. I need to focus on making game improvements for example do something about the lagging when there are a lot of rallies. also need to acknowledge and respond to emails

Fun (though "gambly") game I chose to support by buying a package. By mistake I first bought just a temporary boost, so bought another package and refunded the first (this was minutes after the first purchase). After the refund they locked me out of the game asking me to repay in full. So, I deleted it for good and refunded the rest. This is predatory behavior and I'm pretty sure it's illegal, too, as many countries have a right of withdrawal for a grace period.

Honestly, this might be the best game of its type that I have played. They don't give you lots of cool things and speedups to get you hooked and then have it run dry. The march times are very short. Every single task doesn't wound or kill your troops. Things are also pretty chill when it comes to other players attacking you. There is always something to do, so it doesn't get boring.
