great app, the only issue I experienced was my account being suspended for 24 hours because the picture I uploaded wasn't "clear enough" and I don't think that's an enough reason to suspend an account. we should also be able to upload photos and videos on our profiles. but even with all that the app is great while the best thing about the app is how easy it is to use.

it's a pretty fun app, I suppose. the super irritating thing is the absolute nonstop fake profiles on "real match" there needs to be an easy way to report them, and efficient administration, all you can do is block or report picture. I'd love to see more active moderation, there's far, far too many fake profiles, scammers and telegram bots. I hope you implement a way to efficiently report fake profiles in the app

I’ve been harassed and stalked on Bigo for over five years by the same user, and despite reporting it many times, nothing has been done to protect me. The person has mentioned my full name publicly during live streams and continued to target me even after I provided evidence and contacted Bigo through several email addresses. All I’ve received are standard replies saying my case is “under investigation,” but there has been no real action or support.
