Security procedures makes the user experience very inconvenient. I recommend using another bank with better developpers. Sometimes I have to type password 8 times until the access app and this syncronises and have access to my bank account. EDIT: I don't need to write you for procedures and bugs at the email address given, the app is working very bad since 2 years, everybody is writing it on the comments, and you collect the infos about users easily, just pay developpers and develop a good app!!

Once good; now terrible. The app keeps crashing, both on my phone and on my desktop computer. Troubleshooting methods don't always work, and contacting a human - as opposed to a useless chatbot "virtual assistant" - is impossible. Today, I submitted a help form for support with the "make payment" option, which keeps crashing, and got an error report when I submitted the form too. Sick of how glitchy the app has become and now looking into changing banks.

This is the worse app in the history of apps! Super slow, crashes absolutely every time I try to use it. How am I supposed to pay my bills if the app keeps crashing?? I cannot believe a banking app as awful as this one is even allowed to be distributed! It truly makes me think of switching banks because if they accept having such a BAD app, how can I trust them? Extremely, extremely disappointed...
