Browsing is a UX nightmare. I have to scroll through a list of thousands of concerts and can't filter by location. Tours aren't grouped, so I end up scrolling past the same concerts over and over, just in different cities. I thought I found tickets to a soccer game and it turned out to be an offer to switch tickets? Somewhere there is a UX Professional that Product Managers aren't listening to.

With every passing year this app gets worse. The "security" makes it nearly impossible for legitimate users to get tickets because you keep getting kicked out, having to sign back in after losing your place in queue. Meanwhile scalpers still buy enough that events are sold out in less than a minute. Now the app pops up ads to sell any tickets you manage to get, because price gouging once is apparently not enough. Garbage app from a garbage company.

After trying a hundred times to get the phone verification to work, I finally used a friend's phone number and could access the tickets sent to me. the "add to Google wallet" feature doesn't work, I can't go into the app settings because it's so laggy, if I want to add a payment method, it wants me to sign in again and takes me to a blank screen. absolute disaster of an app, if I wasn't sure the tickets were legit, this whole thing would seem like a scam
