There can earn cash through games and surveys. However when your cashback doesn't track (which has happened to me three times in the six months I've been using the app) their 'support' essentially says 'tough luck nothing we can do about it'. I get better customer service from other apps that allow you to submit screenshots and take the time to look at the evidence and apologise and give you your reward in good faith. It also takes a while for cashback to be available, usually three months.

just a scam, no cashback after purchase multiple times from zalora, every time is not tracked, I even provided screenshots and order details when I submitted a request for them to check, just rejected for no reason, which part is wrong? I clicked on your discount page that launches zalora, complete the purchase and when it is not tracked then I submit request, finally just waste of time. Also the chatbot that so called customer service is just completely useless, not even helped a little bit.

Cashback tracked on Prime Survey doesn't tally with the indicated total income for 30days. Total income is lower and the income earned from the previous day may not be included. App conveniently only tracks the lowest amount earned from surveys. Also unable to contact a human customer service agent, bot does not help with solving issues. Bad service.
