I really don't know why this app has such a low rating. It has a ton of unique items, albeit fairly expensive packs, and tons of ears/horns/tails/anthro bodies/etc to create a lot of characters. My only gripes are the packs are a bit expensive (though you get a random item a day), layering, the eye color tints the whole eye and not just the iris, the list of fonts won't let me scroll through them, and in the bio it won't put the text on a new line and goes off the page. And some other minor bugs.

This app is wonderful but I wish it had more options when it comes to your characters skin, eyes, and clothing. For the skin I tried to make one of my characters have normal skin on her upper half of her body whale keeping her goat legs brown but you can only chose one color for the whole body. For the clothes it's mostly girly, not enough boys clothes. I couldn't put one of my male characters into a suit with a tie or bowtie. When you try to change the colors it looks weird.

even though there were reports of a bug, i never had any glitches or anything? it runs pretty smoothly for me! I love this game, its probably my favorite dress up app by far, and I use a lot of them!! There are so many adorable options and the artist is amazingly creative at coming up with outfits and hair etc so that you can really make a unique and cute character with it!
