Overall, I like this game a lot. I have spent a little money on it but it would be playable without spending money if you are willing to limit yourself to a few levels each day. I enjoyed the thought that goes into the little details: bios for all the doctors and patients, memory books as you progress through the levels are a nice touch. The biggest but to fix is that, if the server link goes down during a level you lose a life even though its not your fault. Fix this please!

I like this game a lot and already spent a lot of time playing plus money on progression (which I rarely do usually). But since the last update the game keeps crashing, saying something about syncing issues (problem is definitely not on my side) and when asked to report to the support I can't, because the page isn't loading. I had a great time playing, but I won't continue until this is fixed. I'd also suggest some rebalancing for smoother progression: raise the income for endless levels.

it's ok . first of all the pictures they are showing you in the store are not true. you don't do any of those"procedures" in the game. I personally believe it should not be allowed. it's actually just a game where you put patients in bed and bring things they need against a clock. I had an issue recently and they did reach out with a support email that was helpful and the problem was resolved. yes I spend 1-5 $ here and there but it doesn't have to be expensive.
