-Very barebones UI. -Constantly showing Chargepoint charger being offline and points blame at the hardware, even though it's fine (Chargepoint app can see the charger no problem). -Did not detect a charging session. -Needs my car's app's login info - why?? I granted access to the charger, so you can manage that. And based on other aspects of the app, I'm reluctant to share any more info that I absolutely have to, as I don't trust that info will be properly secured.

I'd like to test out the app but I'm stuck at the sign up. I just get an error and stay on the sign up screen. I tried logging anyway after that but it didn't work. Demo looks very promising though.

app is not the most clear how to use. the charging schedule is confusing, I want the charger to not charge until 11:30pm but kicks in as soon as I plug the car in.

Hi David, thanks for getting in touch. On your website we have lots of categories with FAQs, instructions, GIFs and the full app guide! A small amount of charge when you plug in is completely normal due to your charger/car "talking" to us and accepting the command to stop. -Chris
