I have played Epic Jackpot for years. Loved the various games. Then suddenly I have noticed this last month or two that it became more difficult to connect to the game. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it just now. And up popped a notification that the App will finally shut down on 25 December 2025 and NO in app purchases will be available as from 1 December 2025. If this is true, then it is sad.

This game used to be my favorite. Now it has been down for a week. You can no longer connect to your team & because of the updates Epic says they are doing, I have not received my end of season reward. They continually say they sent it but I have not received it. Now they are not answering at all. Epic told my husband he can uninstall & reinstall the game. He did what they said & now he is all the way back to quartz 1, when he previously was a ruby 35 & 300 bil coins. Worst customer service ever

Don't know why Epic Slots are going to be closed down soon, but I don't notice I was getting less & less play for my $$ invested. I kept giving it a chance, but considering I don't win real money it really is a waste of $$, I will really miss playing the games. Probably other people felt the same.
