About this app

Nice idea, my son loves his watch and the game in the app. However the technology is not very stable. Sometimes the syncing stops working and can only be restored by resetting to factory settings. Also the watch shows the wrong time occasionally, which has to be fixed by syncing. Recently I could not start the app, because it told me to download a non-existing update, but this was resolved within a day.

Disappointed is the least I could say. we got this device as it promises to give an accurate location of the person wearing it. As it is not a GPS watch, let's forget the accuracy. but at least it should give its whereabouts when you refresh the location. most of the time it doesn't and keeps popping the same error message. will have to return this as it does not serve its main purpose. I would expect much better for a Garmin device.

The app does not allow to extract a sport activity GPS trace into a file. Bounce 2 is an expensive GPS watch. I dont think there are any GPS watch nowdays that does not offer this. Maybe it was the case in 1999. Very disapointing. So if you want your kid to do outdoor sport safely, yoi have to buy him the expensive Bounce 2 for livetracking ans messaging (safety) AND a second watch to capture the GPS trace ans analyze offline. Big regression.
