Worst experience ever in a health app the application is slow to open, I keep getting notifications that the doctor sent me a message, but I can't see any new messages.

App closes every time I try to reschedule an appointment. It completes the operation. App's messenger feature for some reason takes lots of time to show me what I typed. Website forces you to download the app to send messages.
